退款及換貨

有關退貨及換貨安排,請參閱個別商戶政策。
如個別商戶沒有相關政策:
退貨或換貨安排必須在下單日起 10天內辦理,商品必須未經開封、沒磨損且未被使用過之原包裝。客戶須自行支付及承擔所有退貨及換貨之運費,除非商品有損毀,否則運費不予退還。
食物、個人化及定製商品均不予退款及不提供更換服務。折扣訂單也不予退款。 *商品有損壞除外。
如確認退換貨,已使用之禮品卡恕不予退還。
每張訂單只可作出一次退換貨申請。
退款
若訂單金額於申請退款後不符合免運費之要求,固定運費將直接於最終退款金額中扣除。
商品退換
退換詳情請參閱個別商戶政策。客戶有責任將商品退回商戶,並須預付更換商品所需運費。
折價商品
優惠券,禮品咭及優惠碼等折價商品恕不退款,商品有損壞除外。
商品差價
商品價格會因應市場需求變化而調整,差價恕不退還。
假若運送的物品超過港幣300元,建議客戶使用可追踪的運送服務,或購買運送保險。我們不保證收到您退回的商品。
所有退回商品,將在抵達時進行檢查。換貨如不符合下列條件恕不受理:
- 商品必須保留原有包裝及狀態;
- 附上正本收據;
- 於指定退換期限內;
- 未經授權的退貨。
請直接以電郵方式聯絡個別商戶並提供以下詳情以便商戶跟進:
- 訂單號碼;
- 要求退款或換貨的商品名稱;
- 退貨原因。
我們將儘快以電子郵件回覆退款或換貨說明指引。
保留權利就處理不合理之退換貨,並保留最終決定權。
Returns & Exchanges
Refer to individual merchant shop for return and exchange policies.
The following applies if individual merchant does not have related policies:
The items must be unopened, unworn and unused in original packaging within 10 days of the purchase date. All returns and exchanges must be shipped with the shipping costs paid in full by the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective.
Food/ snacks, personalised/ custom pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of defects.
Refund
If the order amount falls under the requirement for free shipping after the refund is claimed,designated flat rate shipping fee will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
Exchange
Please refer to individual merchant shop for exchange details. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) back to the merchant and prepay the new shipping fee of the exchange item(s).
Discounted Item
Discounted items (sales items and/or orders with coupon code) cannot be refunded, unless they are defective or damaged.
Price Difference
Our prices change in response to trends and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
If you are shipping an item over HK$300, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival. Returns that are not in original condition, without original receipt or packaging, outside of this time frame, or unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Please notify us via email to the individual SE merchant with your order number, name and quantity of item(s) to be refunded or exchanged, and reason for return. The SE will send you an email with the return instructions shortly after.
