運費

運費按每間商戶計算。如果一張訂單裡的產品來自兩間社企商戶，產品將分開兩個包裹寄出，運費分開計算。如此類推。

每間社企商戶產品滿 HK$399包運費。 (僅在香港境內運送，不包括偏遠地區)
HK$399 以下，運費HK$50。

送貨時間

平均處理訂單和運輸時間為1-2 週。運送時間請向個別社企商戶查詢。
*定制產品可能需要更長的時間。

訂單發貨後，我們將以電郵形式通知您訂單發出日期及包裹的追蹤號碼。
 

遺失包裹

(不適用於恒生銀行員工新春展銷優先訂購專區)

如果您的包裹在運輸途中遺失，請立即向個別商家查詢。商家會盡力解決問題。如果商品在發貨後15天還未標明已送達 或 未到達，請聯繫商家進行更進補發包裹。

注：如快遞信息已更新為“已送達”，TECM Mall 及其商戶對遺失或被盜的物品一概不負責。

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee is calculated per SE Merchant. If your order consists of products from 2 merchants, 2 parcels will be shipped, and fees will be calculated separately by each merchant.

Per SE Merchant, free shipping if order over HK$399. (Shipments within Hong Kong only, excluding remote areas)
Shipping fee of $50 if order under HK$399.

Shipping Times

Average 7 - 14 business days for processing and shipping. Please refer to individual merchant for shipping times.
*Custom products may take longer.

We will send you an email with the package tracking number once the order has shipped.

Lost Package

If your package is lost in transit, please email individual merchant immediately. The merchant will try their best to solve the issue. If the item has not been marked delivered and has not arrived within 10 days of the shipping date, please contact the merchant for replacement.

Please note that TECM Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the courier.
