Pure Oyster Mushroom Powder
In a mix of our common oyster, phoenix oyster and golden oyster. This pure mushroom powder retained the freshly taste and nutrition value as the dried mushroom. The amino acid in it could replace the role of MSG to lighten the taste of your dish by giving an umami favour. Our powder are purely come from our dried mushroom without any additives or preservatives. It is vegetarian friendly as expected.
As the powder is natural product, the taste come only from the amino acid of the mushroom itself. Without salt, sugar or MSG, it is more welcoming to light and fresh dishes instead of dishes with strong seasoning.
Add a teaspoon of the powder to a cup of freshly boiled water.
Add it with the gravy or soup during cooking to enhance favour.
Add after water drained, stir well with the noodle. Add water or sesame/olive oil if noodle is too sticky.

Mix it in the water with raw rice before cooking.
Mix it with other seasoning before baking.
